​Booking Conditions
When you wish to book a stay with us at B&B Casa Ellie, please enter all details via the website. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information. In that same email, we also request a deposit of 30%; the deposit can be paid by bank transfer. The booking is final upon receipt of the deposit. If the reservation deposit is not paid after 10 days, we will release the room. You must transfer the remaining amount no later than 2 weeks before departure. 
Cancellation Conditions
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you have to cancel your stay with us at B&B Casa Ellie, we will first try to find a suitable solution together. We will first check if the stay can be rescheduled to another date; the deposit will then be retained. If no new date is found and there is a valid reason for the cancellation, such as illness or death, the full deposit will be refunded. If there is no valid reason, we are obliged to retain the advance payment.
